3. 입찰 참가 자격 

가. 입찰자는 ‘조세포탈 등을 한 자’로서 유죄판결이 확정된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 자는 입찰에 참여할 수 없음 

나. 수요부서의 요청 기한 내 세부규격에 부합하는 물품을 납품, 설치, 무상하자보수(검수완료일로부터 1년이상) 가능한 업체 

다. 위 조건을 모두 충족하는 업체 

4. 입찰무효 

가. 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행규칙」 제44조(입찰무효)에 의함 

5. 기타 유의사항 

가. 입찰참가자는 본교 입찰유의서 등 기타 입찰에 필요한 사항을 완전히 숙지하고 입찰에 응하여야 함 

나. 제출된 모든 서류는 일체 반환하지 않으며 허위사실이 발견되면 낙찰취소 및 입찰참가 자격이 제한됨

3. Bid Participation Eligibility 

   A. A bidder who has been sentenced for ‘tax evasion, etc.’ cannot participate in the bid within 2 years from the date the guilty judgment became final. 

   B. A company capable of supply, installing, and providing free defect repair (for more than 1 year from the inspection completion date) for items that meet the detailed specifications within the deadline requested by the demanding department. 

   C. A company that meets all of the above conditions.
